*Please note: Events with over 50 attendees or higher support requirements will require a CERES staff member to be on site to provide supervision. This comes with additional costs.

For safety reasons, vehicles are not allowed within on site. CERES is a pedestrian-only event venue, ensuring a safe environment.
Currently, tables and chairs are not available for hire for self-managed events. You are welcome to bring your own furniture for your celebration.
Yes, you can bring outside catering to your event at CERES. Please ensure all waste is disposed of and removed from the venue after your event.
Yes, coffee and tea are available in the shared kitchenette for all meeting room hires.
Yes, all CERES event venues feature accessible paths, ensuring ease of access for all guests.
