Playspace Construction Volunteering

Volunteer Position Description

CERES is thrilled to announce that we have received financial support from the Pick my Project fund to build a new playspace at the centre of our park. Over the next 2 years we are going to revitalize the area of the existing playground inspired by a unique design concept. The design is based on a handful of soil – magnified into human view. The playground concept aims to engage children’s imagination and bodies. It will also be community-built, allowing adults and children to play, share and learn skills, generating excitement, togetherness and energy!

We recently celebrated the final design of the new playspace “Terra Wonder” and launch of the construction phase. Terra Wonder will be a recycled junk playspace and an epic adventure playground exploring the most epic ecosystem on our planet: Earth!
