Olives to Oil is an annual event run by CERES and local councils around Melbourne, bringing people together to harvest olives and have them pressed communally into delicious, local olive oil.

Celebrating the Beautiful Darkness, Winter Solstice at CERES honours the longest night of the year.
This year we will be holding not one, but two solstice celebrations – a family-friendly Friday night on June 20 and a more grown up celebration on Saturday June 21.
